Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Connecticut
- SLP-CCC certification or SLP-CFY candidacy
- Previous experience within school settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists

- Conducting assessments and creating individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Delivering direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students
- Documenting progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations

- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
