Speech Language Pathologist in Bridgeport, CT

The position calls for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) available full-time for 30 to 32.5 hours per week. Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license in the state of Connecticut
- Current CT Educator Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated schools’ experience (required)
- Flexible and adaptable with caseloads and grade levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to assigned students in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, educators, and families
- Develop and implement effective interventions tailored to student needs
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Support positive student academic, social, and communication outcomes
