Desired Qualifications:

  • Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in school-based settings is a plus, but not required—new grads are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and establish treatment plans for students with communication, language, and speech disorders
  • Deliver individual and small-group speech-language therapy sessions
  • Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain precise documentation, progress notes, and evaluations in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Provide consultation and support to classroom staff to maximize student progress and generalization of skills
