Speech-Language Pathologists are invited to provide their expertise in a dynamic school-based environment near Boyertown, PA. Full-time and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply to support students from August 17th through June 11th. Responsibilities are tailored to experience and interest, from direct services and evaluations to opportunities focused solely on assessments if preferred. Openings are available for Clinical Fellows—comprehensive supervision and mentoring is provided.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP License or eligibility (CFY and CCC accepted)
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Open to working with students with moderate to severe needs, primarily at the elementary level
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and complete comprehensive evaluations
- Deliver services in a collaborative team setting, coordinating with on-site SLPs and special education staff
- Contribute both to direct student intervention and evaluation processes, with flexibility for role specialization
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
