Qualifications and Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid licensure to practice in the state as a SLP
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting highly valued
- Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, evaluation, and direct therapy services for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with IEP teams
- Maintain detailed service records and progress notes as required
- Act as a resource for teachers and families by offering strategies and support
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
