Speech Language Pathologist in Fruitland, MD

Preferred Candidates Bring:
- Active Maryland SLP License
- Maryland Teaching Certificate
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Ability to work onsite throughout the assignment; teletherapy is not an option for this position
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and other school staff
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering direct and indirect speech-language services tailored to IEPs and student needs
- Conducting evaluations, assessments, and documentation in compliance with school and state standards
- Participating in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Developing individualized therapy plans and monitoring progress
- Supporting students across speech, language, voice, and fluency domains
- Providing resources, guidance, and education to staff and families as needed
