Travel Speech-Language Pathologist - Boulder, CO

As a traveling SLP, you have the ability to significantly increase your earning potential compared to local roles. We offer tax-free stipends for housing and meals/incidentals, which means a large portion of your compensation is not subject to federal taxes. This structure allows many assignments to equate to $80+/hr, with some reaching $90–$100+/hr depending on location and demand. Even in standard placements, pay often exceeds typical district rates.
All positions are W-2 employment and include benefits, giving you stability while maintaining the flexibility and financial upside of travel work.

General Job Duties:
Provide speech-language services to K–12 student populations
Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
Support communication development across academic and functional settings
