Desired Qualifications:
- Valid NV Speech-Language Pathology license and Department of Education credentials
- Strong background in pediatric SLP, including experience with school settings and healthcare-related SLP services
- Skilled with a range of caseloads, including students working toward speech improvements and those requiring more specialized interventions
- Open to SLP-CCC certified professionals as well as SLP-CFY candidates looking to gain school-based experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct speech-language therapy in collaboration with school staff
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
- Work closely with educators and families to foster student growth and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, comply with all educational and state requirements, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues as needed
