Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans
- Flexibility and positivity working across age groups (PreK–8th grade)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech/language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Deliver targeted therapy services across both school sites
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and parents
- Document student progress and prepare required reports
- Support generalization of communication skills in real-world classroom activities
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered school environment
