Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of school-based SLP practices, including IEP development and progress monitoring
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs
- Document and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student achievement
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
