Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Boston, MA

What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY
- Strong background in working with pediatric populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in diverse school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and therapy to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with educators and families
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in meetings as required
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to facilitate student success
- Provide recommendations and resources to optimize student communication in classroom environments
