School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Boston, Massachusetts

Working closely with students and staff, you’ll provide essential speech and language services, helping students communicate effectively and achieve their academic goals.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain required licensure
- Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
- Understanding of IEP documentation and compliance in a school environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering student potential and inclusivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students on a high school caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and student progress tracking
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all school policies and state requirements
- Provide education and support to staff, parents, and students regarding communication strategies
