School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Worcester, Massachusetts
A full-time position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary school caseload in Worcester, MA. This role involves providing direct therapy services, conducting assessments, writing reports, and collaborating closely with parents and teachers to support student success in communication and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services consistent with individual education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop detailed reports.
- Participate in consultations with educators and parents to tailor intervention goals.
- Write and update IEPs, including goal development.
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and school staff.
- Maintain onsite presence to manage daily caseload effectively.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Massachusetts.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status required.
- School-based experience working with elementary-aged students.
- Ability to pass CORI background check and provide fingerprints.
- Must be available for an onsite position; no remote or SLPA candidates considered.
Position Details:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week preferred; part-time candidates (20 hours per week) may also be considered.
- Contract position ending June 30, 2026.
- Immediate start date.
- One opening available.
