Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current MA SLP License
  • DESE Certification required
  • Strong skills in pediatric speech-language pathology, including assessments and interventions for diverse populations
  • Experience or qualifications across SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and/or relevant healthcare or educational settings
  • Ability to work onsite and manage an age-varied caseload with flexibility and professionalism

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in PreK through 8th grade
  • Conducting screenings, assessments, and individualized therapy sessions
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive school culture
  • Staying up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field
