Desired Skills & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Ability to engage with students across kindergarten through twelfth grade
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure if relocating)
• Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for student success

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among a diverse K-12 student population
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage in preventative and early intervention strategies when needed
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and encouraging atmosphere for all learners
