School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Blue Springs, Missouri

Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license, including CCC certification
- Experience in a school-based SLP role, particularly with autism programs or similar populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families
- Skilled in conducting speech/language assessments, developing IEP goals, and providing interventions
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability for a dynamic school environment
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct SLP services to students within the autism program at the elementary level
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster communication needs across classroom settings
- Support students’ IEP goals and document progress in accordance with school standards
- Engage families regarding student progress and strategies for success
- Maintain professional records and follow all school and state requirements
