Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - West Jordan, UT

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible status for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current and valid state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience and interest in working with pediatric populations in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessment, therapy, and intervention for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student growth
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress reports, and IEPs in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Participate as a vital member of multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and advocate for students’ needs
- Conduct screenings and consult with educators, families, and other professionals to facilitate student success
