Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background in pediatric speech-language services, preferably within school settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for supporting student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, goals, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Serve as a resource for teachers and parents regarding communication strategies and student needs
