Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

• Current, valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based services
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) using evidence-based therapy techniques
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student learning and progress
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide consultation, support, and training for educational staff on communication strategies and best practices
