Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Binghamton, NY
An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatric and school-based services. This 35-hour per week contract position starts January 9, 2026, and ends May 15, 2026, supporting an elementary-age caseload of approximately 60 students. The setting is a school environment located in Binghamton, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services designed to meet the individualized needs of elementary-aged students.
- Manage and maintain a caseload of around 60 students ensuring compliance with educational standards and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
- Utilize teletherapy as needed to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly to maximize student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology is required.
- Valid New York State TSSLD certification.
- Experience in school settings and with pediatric populations.
- Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) preferred.
- Ability to provide services via teletherapy is a plus.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred but not mandatory.
