Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in South Portland, ME

Qualifications & Credentials:
- Valid SLP license
- Active SLP license in the state of Maine
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school populations
- Familiarity with AAC devices and compensatory services is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and implement individualized therapy for elementary-aged students
- Work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families to support and advance student progress
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services, with an emphasis on supporting communication via AAC devices
- Maintain documentation and reporting in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Deliver compensatory services as needed to ensure each student receives appropriate support
Role Details:
- Contract position starting ASAP through the end of the school year
- 4-10 hours per week, scheduled over 1-2 days
- Caseload comprised primarily of elementary students
