Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC credentials
- Experience working with pediatric and early childhood populations
- Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and familiarity with IEPs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families
- Compliance with state licensure requirements for Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to early childhood students in a school setting
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Offer guidance and resources to families for continued student growth outside of school
