Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Reading, Pennsylvania

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or completion/participation in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success.
- Maintain thorough records, progress reports, and required documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations.
- Support inclusive programming and adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs.
