Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure
- Current educator credential (Instructional I or II)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience working in schools, preferably with early intervention and/or PreK-12 populations
- Willingness to offer in-person services only
- Ability to adapt to multiple locations and caseloads as needs evolve
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver itinerant speech-language therapy for students in preschool early intervention settings
- Travel within assigned county (Carbon or Lehigh) to meet scheduling needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs targeting student's unique communication and language goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, caregivers, and administrators
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Adapt quickly to shifting caseloads or transitions into school-age assignments during the school year
