An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled SLP-CCC to support elementary students in an engaging K-5 setting, working full-time with a manageable caseload of roughly 30 students. You’ll focus on delivering therapy and support designed to help each child reach their communication goals throughout the school year, collaborating closely with education teams and families. The school is transitioning from virtual providers and looking for a dedicated SLP who enjoys building lasting connections in person.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license or eligibility as an SLP-CCC
- Previous experience in school settings, working with K-5 students preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in a collaborative, educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Keep detailed records and ensure accurate documentation for each student
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in partnership with staff and families
- Deliver direct interventions individually and in groups
- Consult with teachers and support staff to foster student success across settings
- Communicate regularly with families about student progress
