You’ll focus on delivering therapy and support designed to help each child reach their communication goals throughout the school year, collaborating closely with education teams and families. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license or eligibility as an SLP-CCC
- Previous experience in school settings, working with K-5 students preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in a collaborative, educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Keep detailed records and ensure accurate documentation for each student
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in partnership with staff and families
- Deliver direct interventions individually and in groups
- Consult with teachers and support staff to foster student success across settings
- Communicate regularly with families about student progress
