- Prior experience with K-5 caseloads strongly preferred
- Ability to manage IEP process, assessments, and therapy documentation effectively
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and related service staff
- Commitment to in-person work; virtual-only candidates will not be considered
In this role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, deliver direct and consultative therapy, and document student progress
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school, state, and federal requirements
