Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Illinois state licensure required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate (CFY) welcome
- Experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) collaboratively with educational staff and families
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to coordinate student care
- Educate and support students, families, and staff on speech and language development
