What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
- Open to new graduates in their Clinical Fellowship (CFY) or SLPs with CCC
- Strong understanding of speech/language and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and families
- Genuine enthusiasm and dedication to empowering elementary learners
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering speech, language, and communication support to an elementary caseload
- Conducting assessments, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with classroom teachers and special education staff to maximize student growth
- Documenting interventions and maintaining student records
- Participating in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Providing mentorship and utilizing school-based resources (support available for Clinical Fellows)
