Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Berkeley, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Valid California Teaching Credential required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active California SLP license
- Experience with SEIS (Special Education Information System) essential
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Collaborative spirit to work effectively with educators, families, and school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs of students across various caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized intervention and therapy plans
- Maintain robust documentation and compliance reporting using SEIS
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insights and progress with staff and families
- Consult and collaborate with teachers to integrate supportive strategies within classrooms
- Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on student progress and evolving needs
