School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Benton, Louisiana

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience providing speech and language therapy services within a school setting is highly valued
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and successful implementation of evidence-based intervention strategies
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Commitment to documentation, progress monitoring, and participation in IEP meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students ages 3–12, with possible inclusion of some high school caseloads
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain organized records, progress notes, and required documentation for compliance and student progress tracking
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate strategies and supports into the classroom
- Participate in planning and IEP meetings, sharing expertise to help shape student success
