Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) credentials
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language services
- Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop specialized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate speech and language goals into students’ academic environments
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights for student support
- Offer ongoing education and guidance to caregivers and staff to promote progress beyond the therapy setting
