Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bensalem, PA

This full-time position is designed for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists ready to make a difference across a single educational site, serving a close-knit caseload of approximately 35-40 students. With hours running from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, you’ll enjoy a consistent routine while focusing on delivering high-quality speech and language services alongside another dedicated SLP.
Your background in pediatric speech therapy and expertise supporting diverse student needs will guide you as you manage assessments, intervention planning, and therapy sessions. If you have a solid foundation working in schools and are well-versed in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) strategies, this is your chance to use your experience to empower students’ communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license (Pennsylvania)
- SLP-CCC or eligibility; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
- Demonstrated school-based speech therapy experience
- Solid knowledge of pediatric communication disorders
- SLP-Healthcare and SLP-School skills welcomed
- Direct experience implementing AAC
- Ability to work effectively with K-8 students and collaborate with educators and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students in a K-8 setting
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized goals
- Utilize AAC devices and strategies for students requiring alternative communication
- Collaborate with fellow staff, educators, and families
- Complete required documentation and progress reports
