This rewarding contract position begins ASAP and runs through May 21, with the strong possibility of contract renewal into the 26/27 school year. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Holds (or eligible for) SLP-CCC or is during Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
  • Licensed or able to obtain licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience with pediatric populations, especially within school-based settings
  • Strong background in providing services for PreK-2nd grade, with flexibility to support middle school students as needed
  • Collaborative, communicative, and compassionate approach in working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and provide both individual and group therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to assigned caseload, focusing on early elementary and some middle school students
  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and provide progress monitoring
  • Develop, update, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Partner with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom
  • Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting
  • Engage with families and caregivers to support student progress at home and in school
