Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification or eligibility, if required by the district.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
