Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Current SLP license for the state of Wisconsin
- Comfortable working with pediatric populations in school-based and teletherapy settings
- Previous experience serving K-12 students is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel between two nearby school locations
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students with diverse needs
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer direct and consultative services, both onsite and via teletherapy
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress and compliance with state and district guidelines
- Engage families and teachers in supporting student growth
