Speech Therapist in Seattle, WA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) to practice in Washington
- Experience working with early childhood or elementary age students preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy for PreK and Kindergarten students
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records as required
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions regarding student needs
- Provide guidance, resources, and in-class support for teachers as needed
