Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Omaha, NE
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide MAT leave coverage from March 23 through the end of the school year at an elementary school serving K-6th grade students in Omaha, NE. This contract position involves managing a caseload of 48 students, including being the case manager for 14 students. Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-6.
- Manage and coordinate services for a caseload of 48 students.
- Serve as case manager for 14 students, overseeing their therapy plans and progress.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals.
- Utilize AAC devices to support student learning, as applicable.
Qualifications:
- Licensed SLP in the state of Nebraska.
- Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field.
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Location: Omaha, Nebraska – Elementary School setting.
