Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Belfast, ME

This role offers consistency—full-time hours, Monday through Friday, for a total of 183 days starting August 21st, 2026.
Ideal Background and Qualifications:
- Active Maine SLP license and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-age populations (K-12), including knowledge of IEP processes
- Skilled in teletherapy, traditional in-person settings, or both
- Experience or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision is a plus
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, school administrators, and caregivers
- Strong adaptability, organization, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver therapy services to students in both group and individual formats
- Document student progress, maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide teletherapy services as needed and adapt therapy approaches to fit student needs
- Supervise or mentor SLPA team members as appropriate
