Desired Background and Skills:
- Master’s degree (for SLP roles) or Associate’s/Bachelor’s (for SLPA roles)
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Washington
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLP – School, SLPA – School, or SLP – Pediatrics experience valued
- Passion for working with elementary-aged children (TK–5th grade)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in TK–5th grade
- Complete timely assessments and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
