Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to guide student support strategies
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
Provide counseling, behavior interventions, and crisis response as needed
Consult with teachers and parents to promote student success and wellbeing
Support compliance with federal and state regulations

Qualifications
Active OH School Psychologist license (required)
Experience developing and managing IEPs
Strong background in counseling and implementing behavioral interventions
Effective in crisis intervention and safety planning
Comfortable managing caseloads of 40-50 evaluations
