Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience highly desired
- Proficient with teletherapy, group, and individual therapy modalities
- Skilled in writing IEPs, monitoring student progress, and participating in IEP meetings
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy tailored for children and adolescents
- Experience with consult services for varying student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 17-24 students at a single location
- Deliver direct group and occasional individual therapy as outlined in IEPs
- Maintain accurate records, attend IEP meetings, contribute to progress monitoring and goal setting
- Offer consultative support to educators, staff, and families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage in ongoing professional development
- Utilize district’s IEP system (training provided) and access dedicated therapy space
