What we’re looking for:
- Current licensure or eligibility as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Clinical experience or interest in supporting pediatric populations
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to work with teachers, families, and staff in a dynamic setting
- Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting screenings, evaluations, and developing individualized therapy plans
- Providing direct therapy to elementary students with a range of speech-language needs
- Collaborating with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student goals
- Documenting progress and preparing necessary reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participating in team meetings, IEP development, and providing input on best practices
- Potentially extending service through the Extended School Year (ESY) period
