Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to treatment planning as appropriate to your credential
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning needs and environments
