Preferred Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Minnesota or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Knowledge of best practices in school-based speech and language services
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
- Experience with K-12 populations
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students, consistent with individual education plans
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assist in determining eligibility for services
- Develop targeted treatment plans and interventions based on assessment outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
