What we’re seeking:
- Active and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with students, families, and educational staff
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Willingness to provide both direct therapy and consultative/indirect services as needed
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver speech-language therapy and consultative services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Maintain documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and advisory teams to ensure holistic care
- Provide guidance to families and advocate for student needs
