What you'll do: Working alongside educators and families, you'll assess student needs, develop and implement individualized plans, and manage caseloads in line with state guidelines — so you can stay focused on quality care and student progress. (More specific details shared during the interview.)

Compensation for this role/district starts at $45.00/hour and increases based on experience.
Local or travel — we work with both:
- Local candidates (living in or relocating to the area): paid an hourly rate weekly
- Travel candidates (exploring this area for the length of the contract/school year): paid an hourly rate plus tax-free travel stipends weekly; housing support available too!
What we're looking for:
- Current Maryland SLP license or eligibility (clinical fellows welcome!)
- School experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to changing needs
