Qualifications & Preferred Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification required
- Eligible for state licensure as an SLP
- Experience working with children and young adults from infancy to 21 years is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to individual student needs across age groups
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered support
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Deliver direct therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records, write IEPs, and complete documentation (with the convenience of doing paperwork at home)
- Travel between up to five school locations as scheduled
- Provide guidance and resources to parents and staff as needed
