Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Ballwin, MO

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Missouri SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior experience providing speech/language services in a K-5 school setting preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in grades K-5
- Case manage 6 students, maintaining detailed records and communication with families
- Manage a service load encompassing 19 students with IEPs and 19 additional students receiving interventions, for a total caseload of 38
- Collaborate closely with the full-time SLP and participate in IEP meetings, data collection, and progress reporting
- Adhere to a school-day schedule of 8:35 am to 3:35 pm, with the expectation to arrive 15 minutes prior and stay 15 minutes after for preparation and wrap-up
