Desired Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana SLP licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience, particularly in school-based or related settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and data-driven therapy
- Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K–5 students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop treatment plans
- Maintain documentation in line with state and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute professional recommendations, and track student progress
