Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as an SLP and relevant certifications
- Prior experience working with K-12 students in school settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop therapeutic plans for a diverse caseload
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Maintain accurate records, data collection, and progress reporting
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Attend meetings and participate in professional development as required
