Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) is preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will also be considered
- Ability to work onsite throughout the school day
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decision-making
